We understand that plans can change, and we offer a straightforward cancellation process. Please follow the steps below to cancel your order. 

How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hellomaterials.com with your order number. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement can be processed directly, and a full refund will be issued. Orders cancelled after 12 hours are subject to confirmation with our fulfilment team as the item may have already been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process. 

Accidental Cancellations

If you accidentally cancel your order but still wish to receive it, the best way to proceed is to place a new order through our website. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at support@hellomaterials.com

Cancellation Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your cancellation request, please reach out to us at support@hellomaterials.com with your order number, and we will assist you. 

Special Cases (e.g., Gift Cards)

For orders that include gift cards or other unique items, please email us at support@hellomaterials.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Be sure to include your order number and details of your request.
