Handling Time
Our handling time typically ranges from 1-3 business days maximum. This means that after you place your order, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within this time frame. Please note that handling time is separate from shipping time, which begins once your order has been dispatched.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process and for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@hellomaterials.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers may have limitations when shipping to P.O. boxes. If your carrier is affected, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. In the case of damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will work toward a satisfactory resolution. Check our Return Policy here.
Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address. What If My Order Is Stuck or Lost?
If your order is delayed, stuck at customs, or lost, don't worry! Since all orders are sent with insured shipping, we will send a new package with expedited shipping and full tracking if necessary. Please refer to our refund and return policy for specific situations.
