Handling Time
Our handling time typically ranges from 1-3 business days maximum. This means that after you place your order, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within this time frame. Please note that handling time is separate from shipping time, which begins once your order has been dispatched.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time on our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for the first tracking scan to appear as packages sometimes move between hubs before being scanned by the final carrier.
If you have not received your order within 20 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hellomaterials.com with your name and order number and we will investigate immediately.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes in the United States via USPS. If you are shipping to a P.O. box, please make sure your full P.O. box address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. In the case of damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will work toward a satisfactory resolution. Check our Return Policy here.
Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by the U.S. government or your local authorities. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover these potential charges.
For all other countries, including the United Kingdom and countries within the European Union, any applicable VAT or other taxes will be included in the price of the item.
What If My Order Is Stuck or Lost?
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@hellomaterials.com with your name and order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process. All orders are shipped with insurance, and we will work to find the best resolution for you.
