Why has my tracking not updated in several days?
Tracking updates can pause while a package moves through a shipping partner facility before the final carrier records the next scan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders normally require 1 to 3 business days for handling. Delivery after dispatch generally takes between 4 and 9 working days, depending on the destination.
I need to change my shipping address
Contact Support as soon as possible with your order number and complete corrected address. Changes may be possible before dispatch.
Why is checkout priced differently than what I saw in an ad?
Promotions may change. The offer displayed on the live product page and reflected at checkout is the active offer.
The checkout suggested extra items I didn't expect, do I need those?
Checkout suggestions are optional accessories. They are not required for the standard Stalker Sling setup.
I'm not satisfied with the product overall and want to return it
Contact Support with your order number and wait for return approval before sending the item back.
One of the swivels or clips on my sling is broken. What do I do?
